About Us

Recreation Unlimited serves students and families that attend Tierrasanta Elementary. We have a 40-year history of serving San Diego families with after-school and vacation programs for working parents or those looking for additional enrichment beyond school hours.

Hours

We provide licensed care on site at Tierrasanta Elementary Monday through Friday from dismissal until 6 pm. We do not currently provide care on holidays but we are in the process of developing a holiday and school vacation program for year round attendance.

Activities

Participants have many activity options that encourage athletic coordination, sportsmanship, team-building, social skills, and self-awareness. It is a priority at Recreation Unlimited that our staff leads by example. In our programs our staff members are trained to engage enthusiastically with each individual. Our staff members lead a variety of fun, challenging, and rewarding activities throughout the day.

Academics

We offer a focused homework help time. Participants have an opportunity to complete any work, reading, or other academic activities before going home for the day. We provide staff members to help participants focus and get their work done correctly.
